1) There should not be any window behind your bed. And bed should be placed against wall.

2) Avoid making dressing room inside bedroom. If you must place mirror inside bed room, avoid feet side of bed and prefer south-east direction.

3) If you use mosquito net inside bed room, remove it in the day time.

4) Do not put too many nails on the wall especially avoid nailing in Eastern walls. 

5) If electrical main switch is inside the bed room for some unavoidable reasons, place the same at south or south-east wall.
